现象
nvm install 14.21.3 报错：
error installing 14.21.3: open C:\Users.…zip: The system cannot find the file specified.
原因
nvm-windows的一个bug，还未解决。
解决方法
卸载最新版本nvm然后回退到 1.1.12 版本
